Located at the original Ariens manufacturing facility, this museum showcases the history of the Ariens Company. Free tours are offered by appointment.

When the summer golf season is over and snow has fallen, enjoy a variety of winter activities for free, weather permitting. Activities include sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating. Bring your own equipment. Open daily from 8:00 AM-10:00 PM.

Open the second Saturday in June, July and August from 9:00 AM-Noon or by appointment. Admission is free. Museum exhibits include farm machinery, a fire truck, arrowheads and artifacts, woodworking and blacksmith tools and much more! The museum is located behind the History House or “Green Hotel”, Brillion’s first hotel built in 1872.

Learn about Calumet County’s past at this free museum. Open to public on Sundays from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM, June through September or by appointment.

A state-of-the-art splash pad open Memorial Day through Labor Day that is free to use.
About 90% of the events held in Calumet County are free. An event such as Airport Day, held in July, even includes free airplane rides for kids ages 8-17. Cool right? Events can be found on our "Events" page.
Get outside and enjoy nature. Our nature centers, parks and trails offer a wide-array of outdoor activities during all seasons. While most parks are free to enter (except High Cliff State Park), equipment rental fees for skis, snowshoes, snow tubes etc. do apply but are very affordable. Be on the lookout for free programs offered at the Brillion Nature Center, Calumet County Park and Ledge View Nature Center by visiting the "Events" page.
