Saturday, March 20, 2021

Come to the BNC sugarbush to observe on-going maple tree tapping demonstrations, participate in collecting sap, and learn some of the old and modern methods of boiling sap to make maple syrup. Hourly demonstrations are limited to 25 participants. BNC Maple Syrup will be available for a recommended donation of $20/quart. Program is weather dependent. Call BNC at (920)756-3591 to schedule your time-slot. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Event is free but donations are appreciated and help fund educational programs.
