Are you looking for a fun, physical tour? This tour includes Carolyn's Cavers and Mothers Cave, with lots of crawling and exploring- sometimes in small tunnels. Learn how caves are formed, some geological history of this area and about animals that use the caves. Kids must be 10 years and accompanied by an adult.

Located on the Niagara Escarpment you’ll enjoy cool summer breezes at the farm. Milk a cow, pet a pig, cuddle a kitten, catch a chicken, enjoy a hayride and more during your self-guided tour of the farm. Carry-ins welcome so bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a leisurely day at the farm. $14 Cash/$14.50 CC per person, ages 2 to 92 (under 24 mos free). Closed Mondays

A naturalist guided walking tour - crawling and exploring is optional. Learn how caves are formed, some geological history of this area and about animals that use the caves. This is a fun, family friendly tour, minimum 5 years of age. We will use stairs and ladders to enter the cave.

Vintage displays, antique artifacts, a diorama of old New Holstein, New Holstein Civil War soldiers exhibit, streets of New Holstein vignettes, the Fenn Button Collection, Turnverein and Schutzenverein memorabilia and much more. The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays, May through October, from 1-4pm or by appointment (920-898-5746). Admission is $7.00 for a single ticket to either the Timm House or Pioneer Corner Museum. A $10.00 combo ticket provides admission to both the Timm House and Pioneer Corner Museum. Admissions purchased with a combo ticket do not have to occur on the same day. Combo ticket for a child, 12 & under, is $5.00.

Have fun painting this peaceful moonlit lake scene with certified art instructor Miki Wise at Calumet County Park. This program will begin at 1pm and finish up around 4pm. Feel free to bring any snacks or beverages to enjoy during your painting session. This will be held in the park activity building at the base of the tubing hill at Calumet County Park. No experience is necessary! Miki will guide you through the entire process- step-by-step. All equipment and supplies are provided! Cost: $38 (16" x 20" canvas). There must be a minimum of 10 participants for this event to take place. If the minimum is not met you will be refunded in full. The pre-registration deadline is 12 PM, Noon on Friday, August 26th. The Herman C. Timm House, located in "downtown" New Holstein, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The house is a significant example of Queen Anne Style architecture called stick style architecture. It was initially constructed in 1873 with an addition completed in 1892.
