Rowland's has been brewing since 1990. The brewer makes over 35 flavors a year, including seasonal beer and specialty beers with a total of eleven beers on tap at any time. Rowland's also produces draft root beer. The bar/brewery is housed in an 1870 building that once served as the Chilton's City Hall and the city's first fire station.  Open Tuesday-Thursday from 2:00 PM to 2 AM, Friday and Saturday Noon to 2:30 AM, and Sunday Noon to 2:00 AM. Every May, the iconic Rowland's Calumet Brewing Company hosts the Wisconsin Micro Brewers Beer Fest in Chilton, Wisconsin at the Calumet County Fairgrounds. Over its 30+ years, the long-running fest has provided tens of thousands of patrons the opportunity to sample more than 100 types of beers brewed by more than 20 Wisconsin Breweries. This year’s fest is to be held on May 18th from 1-6pm, at the Calumet County Fairgrounds in Chilton.
